At Varme, we want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Change of Mind Returns
We accept change of mind returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging. All return shipping costs — including any customs fees, import duties, or other charges incurred during return transit — are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@varmehome.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping where required.
How to Request a Return
Email us at info@varmehome.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with instructions. Please do not return items without contacting us first.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, certain items such as cushion covers that have been used cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
