General

Varme is an online store selling Japandi-inspired home décor, operated from the Netherlands and shipping to Australia. By using our website, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

Products & Pricing

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD). We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Product images are for illustrative purposes — minor variations in colour or size may occur.

Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed once payment is received. We accept major credit cards and other methods as listed at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Shipping & Delivery

Products are shipped directly from our international supplier network. Delivery times are estimates only — see our Shipping Policy for full details. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or circumstances beyond our control.

Returns & Refunds

Please see our Refund Policy for full details. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, text, and branding — is the property of Varme and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Varme is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of your order. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this clause.

Governing Law

For Australian customers, the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) applies and takes precedence. These terms are otherwise governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
