Varme currently ships to addresses within Australia only.

How We Ship

Varme is an online home decor store that sources products from carefully selected suppliers. Your order will be shipped directly from our supplier's warehouse to your door. This allows us to offer a wide range of quality Japandi-inspired pieces at accessible prices.

Delivery Times

Please allow 6–10 working days from the date of your order for delivery. During peak periods (such as Christmas or sale events) delivery times may be slightly longer.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your order's journey. Please allow 3–5 business days after dispatch for tracking information to become active.

Customs & Duties

Orders shipped to Australia are generally not subject to import duties under the AU$1,000 threshold. However, Varme is not responsible for any customs fees or import duties that may be applied by Australian Border Force in exceptional circumstances.

Lost or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within 25 working days of your order date, please contact us at info@varmehome.com and we will investigate immediately. We will either resend your order or issue a full refund.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Varme is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
